Named “Yemin AgriSolar Park”, The Project consists of the construction and operation of phase one of a 100MWp photo-voltaic power plant over solar greenhouses People Republic of China’s (Liaoning). The park will give birth to the first example of integration between primary, secondary and tertiary sectors that brings profit to all of them while providing social development and poverty reduction.The project grants almost zero passive investment costs since 30 years land use rights are obtained against farming facility’s (greenhouses) use rights for the same period. Besides, suitable connection point is on site thanks to the newly built State Grid substation at 500 meters form the facility. For the first time ever in a project of PV greenhouses the usability performance of farming facility has been made a priority. While planning and designing the estate our first target was granting the local rural community with improvement over working condition, profitability and living standard.
