Sticky Rice Love hopes to build an open and healthy online platform to let people to learn about and understand sexual issue. Our mission is to empower young people to make choices for themselves. The online platform has a journal and forum now. Sexual health information is presented in relaxing and youth-focused way. On the forum, we work with sex therapists to provide reliable information to youth. In the long run, we hope to serve as a research platform, contribute to Hong Kong sex education development, and create an effective bottom-up curriculum suitable to Hong Kong youth. We hope to develop some interactive bottom-up online courses. This engaging platform will serve as the foundation for open contests to create an online sexual health education curriculum. We already have some committed senior advisors. By reaching youth on popular social media platforms, we hope to demonstrate greater long-term engagement and impact than traditional classroom-based sexual education.
