Basically, our wearable baby monitor attached with baby suit and companion mobile app aims to help parents track their babies’ vital signs and activity anytime and anywhere. More importantly, through incorporating the recent research insight on the significant correlation between parent direct talk and the baby linguistic and intellectual development, we extend the boundary of current baby monitor tracking by moving beyond baby physical wellness into baby intellectual development. By tracking and analyzing the number of words spoken to babies, we are able to conveniently motivate parents to form good habits of talking more with their babies, which is essential for improving the babies’ early linguistic development.
