The Kiddo is a health and wellness wearable product for children aged 2-10 years. It will measure and track 3 key metrics - body temperature, body moisture content/sweat evaporation rate, and heart beat while comparing these to ambient temperature and humidity data. This enables the device to perform an “early warning” function through key alerts - high fever, heat stroke, dehydration and arrhythmia. The device is targeted at parents, guardians, care givers and teachers – essentially anybody who is looking after a child for a reasonable amount of time. Conceptualized as a small, lightweight and un-intrusive circular device with interchangeable top and bottom covers, the Kiddo can be fun for kids and can be worn either as a necklace or a wrist band. The mobile app is also designed to be simple, easy to use and with actionable content. V2.0 will add GPS tracking capabilities. We believe the Kiddo has tremendous potential and the total addressable market is huge.
