AcesoME combines a Personal Healthcare Record (PHR) tool and a Personal Care Plan (PCP) system to help individuals track and manage their own health data. It operates on IOS6 and Android 4.0, and connects to healthcare devices operating on Bluetooth v4.0. AcesoME captures health data from healthcare devices and records them systematically for access anytime, anywhere. The health data is encrypted for security and translated into HL7 standard, the globally recognized standard for electronic health information. AcesoHIVE is the first global healthcare data and transaction platform fully connected with the systems of healthcare services providers (clinics, hospitals, laboratories), policy providers (insurance companies, governments), policy holders (corporate, governments) and policy members (citizens, corporate staff). It operates on the scalable Google Cloud, and is built to international standards (HL7, ICD-10-2011) to allow data portability and standardization across borders.
